Ingredients:  
1 Onion - chopped
10 Potatoes - quartered
1 pint Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Sour Cream
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put chopped onion in pot, cover with water. Bring to a boil.

Put cut up potatoes in pot with onions, add enough water to cover. Bring to boil cook until tender.

Do not drain.

Stir in whipping cream and sour cream. Salt & pepper to taste..
