2 - 8oz pkgs refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
4 oz. prepared Ranch Dressing
1 bunch fresh asparagus, cooked & cut into 1" pieces
1 carrot, chopped
4 T. chopped sweet onion
1 - 14oz can artichoke hearts, drained
1/4 C. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Unroll dough without breaking & press into 14x9x2 pan; seal seams with fingers. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes until cooked thru. Sprinkle veggies evenly over crust, drizzle with Ranch dressing & top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
