1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons hot water
1 1/2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 package brownie mix
1/4 cup oil
1 egg
2 graham cracker pie shells
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

In bowl, combine hot water and coffee; set aside.

In large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, 1/2 cup coffee mixture and egg. Mix until ingredients are moistened. Spread 1/2 of batter in bottom of each pie shell.

In medium bowl combine cream cheese an powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Beat in remaining 2 tablespoons coffee mixture.

Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over brownie batter in pan. Carefuly swirl with a knife.

Bake 28-31 minutes.

Cool 10 minutes before serving.
