Salmon steaks or filets (1/4 lb. per person)
Orange Juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 T. chopped dillweed
1 dill pickle

Directions:
Directions:
Put cleaned & rinsed salmon in frying pan (or deeper if necessary) on stovetop over medium heat. Cover with orange juice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes and turn fish 1 time. Continue cooking until fish flakes. Meanwhile, combine mayo, dillweed & chopped pickle. Serve salmon with sliced orange garnish & sauce on side.
