1 English cucumber two reg. cucumber, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
3 T. Sour Cream or Yogurt
1 T. White Vinegar
2 tsp. dried Dill or 3 tsp. fresh dill
1/2 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt on cucumbers, let stand and drain. Mix remaining ingredients & pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate for up to 4 hrs. Serve well chilled.
