1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tlbs. grated orange rind
1 cup chopped nuts
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and orange rind until light and fluffy.
Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with sour milk and orange juice.
Stir in nuts.
Baken in 8" greased pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
Mix topping ingredients together and pour over cake as soon as you take it out of oven.
