2# Hash Browns, frozen
1/2 cup Butter
1 tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pint Sour Cream w/chives
2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, chopped (optional)

2 cup crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 cup Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost potatoes. Mix all other ingredients and add to pototes. Put in large baking dish.

Mix corn flakes with butter. Place on top of potato mixture.

Bake 45 minutes at 350
