1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14oz)
1 can tomato sauce (14oz)
mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
3 TBSP vinegar
pepper to taste
2 TBSP sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add all spices, vinegar and sugar and cook for 5 min. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce; simmer for 20-30 min. Serve over fresh cooked pasta.
