1 head lettuce, rinsed and chopped
1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
1 bag Doritoes - crushed
1 small can black olives - halved
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 medium onion diced
1 lb. hamburger
3/4 pkg. taco seasoning

For dressing:
1 c. Thousand Island dressing
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 pkg. taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of dressing ingredients together. Set aside. In a skillet, brown hamburger and drain. Sprinkle 3/4 pkg. taco seasoning on hamburger. Chill in the refrigerator. Mix together in a large bowl lettuce, kidney beans, olives, cheese, onions and cooled hamburger. Immediately before serving, stir in crushed Doritoes and dressing.
