16 jalepeno peppers (approx.) halved & cleaned

1 lb Italian sausage
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 c parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Add cream cheese. Mix until softened. Add cheese. Mix well and fill peppers. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, then broil until lightly browned. (Only a couple of minutes. Watch closely.)
