2 sticks butter 1/2 lb)
1 c sugar
1 1/tsp vanilla
Saltine crackers
12 oz milk chocolate chips
1+ c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. Butter foil, bottom and sides. Put butter in sauce pan, and melt (low heat.)
Add sugar, cook until dissolved (5 to 7 minutes.)
Add vanilla. Put saltine crackers in foil lined pan.
Spread sugar mixture over crackers. Bake at 350º
for 5 to 8 minutes. Spread chocolate chips over top,
while hot.Sprinkle nuts on top. Press into chocolate
with fingers. Refrigerate 45 to 60 minutes. Cut to desired size.
