Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 c Cracked Rye
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 c Dark molasses
2 1/2 c Hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with spoon. Pour into greased
small bread pans (4 X 8.) Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Let cool, slice. Pass the Lyden Cheese.
