Grate six ears of sweet corn. (I suppose you could cut the kernels off instead of grating, but I never have) Add two tbsp flour, 1 tbsp sugar and some salt all together. Add 3 or 4 eggs and fry in butter like pancakes until they are brown. Serve with butter and syrup like you do pancakes.
