1 large eggplant
1/2 cup peanut oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. sesame seed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggplant short ways into 3/4" slices. Soak in oil briefly. Sprinkle spices over the slices. Grill on medium heat or bake until soft.
