6-8 chicken breasts
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with salt. In skillet, brown the chicken in oil. Add onion and garlic, cook until onion is soft. Pour off the fat. Combine the tomato paste, water, curry powder and sugar, pour over chicken. Simmer, covered for about 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. Blend yogurt and sour cream. Remove chicken from heat, stir in yogurt mixture. Over low, low heat, warm the mixture through. Serve with raisins, peanuts, shredded coconut.
