2 (10 ounce) sticks of Cracker Barrel extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic
1 (7 ounce) bottle of beer
1/8 tsp. salt
Tabasco to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese and garlic in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients, mixing until well blended. The mixture will be soft, but will harden in the refrigerator.
