1/3 cup crushed or whole cranberry sauce 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. rum extract 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 (8 oz.) brie 2 Tbsp. pecans, chopped
Combine first four ingredients; mix well. Peel off top of Brie round, leaving 1/4" rim. Top brie with cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 500º for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with crackers or sliced green apples.
