Ingredients:  
Italian Sausage Sweet (take out of casing) and fry till browned
Sautee Chopped onions, celery, poultry seasoning (in butter and olive oil)
At this point you could either brown Italian bread and break apart or buy prepared bread cube stuffing.

Combine all ingredients with cans of chicken or vegetable bouillon, till right consistency
(you will know)
Bake in dish or stuff in bird.
Grand Pop Girelli used to add turkey giblets to his stuffing, I was never a fan of that recipe so I modified the recipe.

Instead of sausage add apples raisins and walnuts.
