Fresh Basil from the garden (50 leaves)
Washed, trimmed and dried
¼ cup good olive oil
pine nuts (sautéed in garlic and olive oil)
Parmasean/Regiano Cheese and or Locatelli

Variation…..Place roasted peppers in food processor with basil for
Roasted Pepper Pesto Sauce

Please all in food processor till right consistency.
If you want to cut down the oil you can add chicken or vegetable bouillon.
