4 large apples, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup canola oil
2 large eggs, beaten
2 Tlbs. vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the oil, eggs and vanilla until foamy.
Add the sugar and Beat Well.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into creamed mixture. This will be very stiff.
Fold in the apples and nuts.
Pour into a greased 9x13x2 inch pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
