Ingredients:  
3 zucchini
salt & pepper
1 T butter or margarine
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 c ground meat
1 slice bread
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook zucchini in boiling salted water about 3 min.
Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp. Salt & pepper. Melt butter, add onion, celery & meat. Cook until lightly browned. Add bread cubes, scooped out pulp and tomato sauce. Stuff mixture in zucchini. Place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 min at 375. Serves 5.
