1 cup oil
3 cups sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup buttermild
6 very ripe mashed bananas
1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and salt.
Mix well.
Combine flour and soda. Add to mixture alternating wtih the buttermilk. Add bananas and nuts.
Grease 2 large loaf pans (may have some excess)
bake for 45-60 minutes.

This is really the best banana bread receipe I have ever tried. Remember you can save old bananas in the freezer until you need them.
