6 talipia fillets
Sauté spinach, pine nuts, feta cheese, red peppers (sliced thin) in olive oil and garlic.


Directions:
Directions:
Wash tilapia filets and pat dry…lay flat and place spinach mixture on filet and roll…..sprinkle top with bread crumbs and butter. Secure with toothpicks….. Bake 350 until fish is not translucent.
