3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 cup sugar
2 cups solid pack pumpkin
4 beaten eggs
1 cup canola oil
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place the dry ingredients in a large bowl, stir to distribute spices, and make a deep well in center.
In this well add all the other ingredients.
Stir carefully just enough to incorporate all the dry ingredients.
Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
