2 10 oz chopped spinach
2 cups stuffing
3 Cups butter
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
cup cheese (locatelli)
Small onion minced

Cook spinach (drain) combine remaining ingredients.
Bake 350 on greased cookie sheet

Although not in the Fish family these spinach balls always show up on Christmas Eve. We never seem to make them any other time during the year.
