1 medium eggplant peeled and chopped
1 small can tomato paste
1 cup green peppers chopped
cup water
1 onion chopped
teaspoon sugar
1 cup mushrooms
1 teaspoon oregano
4 cloves off garlic
cup olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix first six ingredients in skillet cook ten minutes. Slow
Add rest and cover simmer 15 minutes under cover continue 10 minutes
Cut up Italian bread and serve
