1 C butter
1 C sugar
1 C brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2&1/2 C flour
1&1/2 C oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs with mixer; mix well. Add vanilla. Stir in salt and flour; mix well. Stir in oatmeal. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.

You can freeze extra dough by forming into balls, put on a cookie sheet, and place in freezer for 10 min. Put chilled balls in a Ziplock bag and store in freezer. to bake, remove desired amount, place on cookie sheet and bake at 325* for 20-25 min.
