1/2 C Crisco
1/2 C butter
1&1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
3 C flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
cinnamon-sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, butter, sugar and eggs with mixer. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to cream mixture; stir well. Take small amounts of dough and shape into balls. Roll in cinnamon-sugar and bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
