1/2 cup butter or margarine (softened)
1.5 cups sugar
2.75 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Thoroughly mix butter, shortening, 1.5 cups sugar, and eggs. Add flour and shape dough by teaspoons into balls.

Mix 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. cinnamon. Roll the dough balls into this mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove immediately from oven and cool.
