1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1.5 cup flour
vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, adding the flour last. Scoop out rounded tablespoons and space about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
