2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups pumpkin
2 tsp baking powder
1 cups vegetable oil
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
cup chopped walnuts
2 cups flour coconut (optional)
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Frosting

1 ( 8 oz) pkg soft cream cheese 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 box 10x sugar
cup coconut (optional)
cup soft butter or margarine
Combine all ingredients and beat well. Spread between layers and add nuts. Frost side and top. Put coconut and nuts on top.
