1/2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 t. salt
4 t. baking powder
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
3 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together dry ingredients. Mix together wet ingredients. Then mix all until moistened. Grease muffin tin. Scoop batter into tin, about two-thirds full. Bake at 425 for 15-18 minutes.
