3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup chopped onion
vegatable cooking spray
2 3/4 cup fat free chicken broth
1 1/2 cup finely chopped potatos
1 t slat
1/4 t pepper
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 1/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 (2-oz ) jar chopped pimiento

Cook green peppers and onions in sauce pan coated with veg. cooking spray over medium heat, stirring constantly, five minutes or until tender. Stir in chicken broth chopped potato salt and pepper
Bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until potatoes are tender
Combine cornstarch and milk stirring until smooth Gradually add to potato mixture stirring constatnly. Stir in corn and chopped pimiento.
Bring to boil over med. heat, stirring constatnly 1 minute or until thickened. Seerve immediately or pack in a thermos.
