1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 C brown sugar 1 C Karo syrup 1/2 C butter large bowl of popcorn
Melt sugar, syrup and butter together in a heavy saucepan over med-low heat. Add sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly till sauce is at a soft-ball stage (takes 8-10 min). Pour over popcorn and mix well to coat evenly.
