Romaine lettuce (2 stalks chopped)
2 Granny Smith apples - cut into small pieces
1/2 cup Craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 cup Grapenuts cereal
1/2 cup Red Onion chopped
6 oz pkg of crumbled Gorgonzola
1/2 pint of cherry tomatoes - sliced in half
1 Pkg Good Seasons Italian dressing mix (I prepare 2 packages because I like the extra dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Good Seasons Italian dressing according to instructions on package except use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of white vinegar. Pour all ingredients into a bowl, then add the dressing just prior to serving. Serves 6-8.

This salad is a huge hit. Anytime we get together with our neighbors, they always ask me to make this salad!
