1/4 cup Cerery
1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Shallots
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 10 oz can of Tomato Soup
2 packs Knox Gel
1/2 cup water
1 pound of Shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Melt tomato soup & cream cheese on low heat until smooth. Add celery & shallots to mixture cook for 5 minutes. Grind or chop peeled boiled shrimp then add to mixture. Mix Knox Gel in a 1/2 cup of water then add to mixture; add mayo; mix well; spray mold with Pam real good; then pour mixture to mold. Refrigerate for 6 hours; serve with crackers.
