Clean Goose -soak in salt water for 24hr
Cut up Apple, Orange,Bread, Onion (Appox 1/2 cup each
Mix Apple,Orange, Bread, Onion in a mixing bowl
Take Goose out of water and pat dry (on the outside only
Stuff Goose with The above stuffing
Cook at 325 for Approx 45 Minš
