Ingredients:  
2 16 oz. can sliced beets- drain, reserving 2/3 c if needed, add water to make 2/3 cup
1 cup sliced onions
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
1 cimmamon stick
5 whole cloves

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to boil- simmer 10 mins, stirring occasionally-
Refrigerate before serving- Remove cinnamon stick and cloves.
