4 cups figs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 3 oz. pkg strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mash figs
Combine with sugaar in heavy saucepan
Cook over medium heat 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually add jello stirring constantly
Cook and stir over low heat 15 minutes
Spoon into jars
