1 pkg fresh spinach
1 can water chestnuts
5 strips fried bacon crumbled
1 can bean sprouts
6 oz. fresh mushrooms

1 cup vegetable oil
1 med. onion diced fine
1/3 cup catsup
2 t worchestershire sauce
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar

Combine salad ingredients

Combine dressing ingredients in a sperate bowl and poor over salad
