13 White Rose potatoes
5 stalks celery
8 hard cooked eggs
1 lemon
fresh parsley
1 yellow onion
salt
pepper
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until soft and let cool. Peel potatoes and cut them into a large bowl. Hard boil eggs and set them aside. Chop eggs when cool and add to the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Add chopped onion, celery and parsley into potatoes and eggs and mix with mayonnaise until moist. Re-season mixture and add some fresh lemon juice and mix through.
