1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup milk, 1 (16 oz.) package frozen whipped topping thawed CHECK CONSISTENCY AS MILK AND WHIPPED TOPPING ARE ADDED (the amounts stated may be too much), 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts, fudge ice cream topping, crushed Reese's peanut butter cups.

Beat together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into two 9 inch graham cracker pie shells; and freeze until firm.

Options: Use a Nutter Butter crust made with 24 crushed Nutter Butter cookies and 5 T. of butter mixed together and pressed into the bottom and sides of pie plates.

A prepared Oreo crust could be used as another option.

Light cream cheese, skim milk and whipped cream can be used for a low fat version.

Fudge ice cream topping can be drizzled over the crust before the filling is added and over the top, finished off by crushed Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
