"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
16 oz. cream cheese (2 8-oz. blocks) 2 cans of Hormel chili (w/o beans) 2.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag of Frito Scoops
Preheat oven to 375║
Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a 13x9 dish (put a spoon in hot water and it spreads the cream cheese very nice) and add the Hormelę chili on top. Spread the cheese on top of the chili and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until the sides are bubbling! Take it out and serve!
