1 1/2 c. salt
3 qts. water
1 c. sugar
2 hands full brown sugar
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak 5 hours. Drain, pat dry. Smoke at least 3 or 4 hours, depending on hour green your wood is that you are using. Check fish and look for smoke color. Crappie and northerns are good smoked.
