1 yellow or white cake mix. (Mix according to directions.)
3 or 4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix. Pour into greased and floured pan arrange rhubarb evenly on top of batter. Sprinkle sugar on top. Pour 2 cups cream evenly over top. A delious custard forms at the bottom as cake bakes. Store in frigde.
