1 bunch Romaine red leaf or Spring Salad Mix
1 small Red Onion - chopped
1 package Strawberries - sliced
1 small package Feta Chesse or
4 sticks Kraft String Cheese - moxarella sliced
Raspberry Light Done Right Salad Dressing - Vinagette
1 small package Almonds - carmelized.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad, strawberries and onions. Top w/cheese and nuts. Toss with salad dressing just before serving.

To carmelize almonds: Melt 1 T butter in pan. Stir in almonds and 1/4 cup sugar. Continue stirring until lightly brown. Careful not to burn. Cool on tin foil.
