1 1/2 cup Butter - softened
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla
3 cups Flour

1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Corn Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter - slowly add powdered sugar & vanilla.
Add flour (low speed). Wrap dough in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Shape into balls - then form into logs. Bake 15-18 minutes at 325 - Don't let cookies brown.

Heat cream until scalded. Remove from heat - add chips and corn syrup. Let stand 15 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Dip half of baked cookie into glaze.

You can also roll out cookie dough and use cutters.
