1 lb bulk Sausage
1 slightly beaten Egg
1/3 cups fine Bread Crubms
1/2 tsp Sage

1/2 C catsup
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
1 TBSP Vinegar
1 TBSP Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sausage, egg, bread crumbs & sage. shape in to about 24 - 1 1/2" balls. In ungreased skillet brown balls slowly on all sides about 15 minutes. Pour off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over meat, cover and simmer, low heat 30 minutes, stirring occassionally to coat meat balls.
