1 1/3 cups french fried onions
2-3 tablespoon prepared mustard
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat ove to 350.

Place french fried onions in plastic bag. Press with rolling pin until onions are lighly crushed.

Spread mustard evenly on chicken. Coat with onion crumbs; pressing gently to adhere.

Place in baking dish; bake 20 minutes.
