1 lb. ground turkey
1 bell pepper
1 or 2 jalapenos
1/2 onion
1 small can Rotel (optional for spicy)
1 medium diced tomatoes (for mild)
Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1/2 onion (diced) in olive oil. Add diced bell pepper and jalapeno, saute. Add turkey and brown. Drain Rotel/tomatoes and add to skillet. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
